If you're new to the GI-MAP test and want to learn the basics, this "mini-course" is for you!
This 3-hour mini-course is organized into 10 video lessons. It discusses the technology used in the GI-MAP (qPCR), tips on how to collect samples for the test, how to read the GI-MAP report (how to convert the numbers from scientific notation into meaningful values), how to interpret each section of the report (what we DO and DO NOT want to see in each section), when to consider ordering one of the add-on tests, what patterns to look for on the report, and more. It also includes case studies that demonstrate how to review a report and create a protocol that addresses the issues that were identified on the test.
This mini-course includes 10 video lessons, a PDF of the presentation slides, and a "GI-MAP Interpretation 101 Quick Guide" PDF.
Like our other courses, this mini-course is for health practitioners ONLY.
Note: This mini-course does NOT go into details about each microbe on the test or provide protocols. If you're interested in that information, please see our comprehensive GI-MAP Interpretation course "GI Pathogens & Dysbiosis: Using The GI-MAP In Clinical Practice."
